The User Privacy Policy is the policy description of our company (Xiamen AiYin Technology Co., LTD.,) on the user account information of the Label Expert APP and the use of data generated by the APP . We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users of the services. Your personal information will be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This APP will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence and, unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this APP will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Before using this APP, please must read and thoroughly understand this Agreement carefully, especially the terms marked in bold. You should focus on reading and use the relevant products or services after confirming your full understanding and consent. If you are a child, please review this Privacy Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian. After the review and consent of your legal guardian, you can use this APP and provide personal information to this APP.

If you or your guardian does not agree to any content of this Privacy Agreement, please immediately stop using the services of this APP. When you agree to this APP Service Use Agreement, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the whole content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this APP Service Use Agreement.

1. APP information collection

We collect information about how you interact with our products and services. Include information about how you use the products and services, such as the features you use, the printout device you use, or other unique ids. It contains information about the devices you use for the service (including IP address, device identifier, device serial number, MAC address, installed APP information, regional and language Settings), as well as information about other software that the network uses to connect to the service. It also contains information about product or service performance and any errors or problems you have encountered using the products and services.

The information collected is used to improve operational efficiency and to provide you with the best products, services and experiences we can. Some information is provided to us directly by you. Some of this information is obtained by observing how you interact with our products and services. Some information can be obtained directly from other sources with which we combine the data we collect ourselves. Regardless of the source, we believe it is important to treat information with care and to help protect your privacy.

We will only collect and use your information for the purposes set out in this statement:

（1）Instructions for using sensitive permissions:

Permission 1. Read the mobile phone number and communication information

Method description: When you choose "Mobile Phone Number one-click login" to register/log in to the APP, with your consent, the operator will provide us with the mobile phone number of your current device.

Objective description: To obtain a mobile phone number, so that it can be used as your registration/login account, and without password or dynamic verification code verification, to provide you with fast registration/login services, see "7. Third-party services and necessary related statements". If you do not want to use the "Mobile Phone Number one-click login" function, you can use other ways to register/log in to the APP.

Permission 2. Collect mobile phone number/email

Method description: When you choose "Mobile phone/Email verification code login" to register/log in to the APP, in order to help you complete the registration/login process, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number/email, if you use the "account password" login, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number/email and Label Expert APP password information.

Objective description: The collection of mobile phone number/email address is to meet the requirements of the network real name system stipulated by relevant laws. If you refuse the above information for verification, it will lead to registration/login failure, and we will not be able to provide you with the core functions of the product/service.

Permission 3. Read third-party platform account information

Method description: When you use the account authorization of a third party platform to log in, with your authorization, we will obtain the relevant information (including ID, nickname, profile picture) and authentication information under the third party account.

Objective description: For the purpose of binding the APP account, improving the account information, ensuring the security of your account, and preventing security risks , see "7. Third-party services and necessary related statements". If you refuse to authorize the above information, you will not be able to log in to the APP using the account of the third party platform, but you can complete the registration/login through other means.

Permission 4. Read device ID

Method description: When the user clicks "Guest login", with your authorization, we will obtain the current device ID (Android ID/iOS ID), according to the device ID to determine whether there is a tourist user ID, if there is, use the existing tourist user ID to log in, if not, assign a new user ID to the tourist.

Objective description: In order to avoid the same user to click "Guest login" for many times, the system repeatedly assigned multiple different tourist user ids, resulting in the loss of tourist user data.

Permission 5. Modify or delete the content in the memory card, allowing the APP to modify or delete the photos, media content and files on the memory card

Method description: When you preview the printed file, the APP will cache the file locally.

Objective description: Save the APP related data, allow users to manage the print history files, etc

Permission 6. Access location information, including approximate location and exact location, allowing APP to obtain location information based on network sources such as GPS, base station, Wi-Fi

Method description: When you connect to the printer, the APP obtains the exact location information.

Objective description: This permission is required to configure the wifi network via Bluetooth, which will fail to connect to the printer.

Permission 7. Read the contents of the memory card, including photos, media content and files

Method description: When you use the Document Print, Recently Opened function, the APP reads the contents of the memory card.

Objective description: Read the file data in the storage card for displaying, managing, and printing files.

Permission 8. Camera

Method description: When you use the function of scanning, printing and taking photos, the APP will apply for camera permissions.

Objective description: Take photos for printing. If you do not provide them, you will not be able to use the functions of scanning, printing and taking photos.

Permission 9. Upload the print file to the server

Method description: When you use cloud printing/remote printing, the APP will upload the print file to the server, and then the server will send it to your printer for printing. If LAN printing/home printing fails, the APP will automatically switch to remote printing to provide you with a smoother printing experience.

Objective description: Used to realize remote printing. If you refuse to provide, you will not be able to use the remote printing function.

Permission 10. Bluetooth

Method description: When you use the device connection function of the APP, we will apply to you to obtain this permission.

Objective description: In order to complete the label printer pairing, connection and printing functions.

Permission 11. Network privileges

Method description: When you use the APP, we will ask you to obtain this permission.

Objective description: Get the latest content and software updates we offer.

Permission 12. Clipboard permission

Method description: When you use the sharing function of this APP, we will apply to you for clipboard permission.

Objective description: Get the shared information of the clipboard to get the shared content.

Permission 13. Install list permission

Method description: When you use the database function of the APP, we will ask you for permission to install the list.

Objective description: Obtain whether Wechat and QQ are installed, so as to import the database through wechat and QQ.

(2) Description of other information contents:

a. The personal registration information provided by you as required by the APP when you register the APP account;

b. When you use the APP network service or access the APP web page, the APP automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information and the web page records you need and other data;

c. Personal user data obtained by the APP from business partners through legal channels.

d. Log information: When you use our Services, we collect information about your use, such as features used, printing devices used, template edits, transaction information, IP address, device identifier, language set, length of stay, date of access to the Services, device version, or other software you use to connect to the Services. It also contains information about the performance of the products or services and any errors or problems you have encountered using the products and services, helping us to improve the experience of using the products.

e. Device Information: When you use our services, in order to improve the user experience and solve the problems encountered by users, we may record the personal commonly used device information provided by the mobile device you use or other programs you use to access our services. Including mobile phone model, operating system type, operating system version number, MEID unique device identifier, IMEI, device serial number, installed APP information, device MAC address and other information describing the basic information of personal commonly used terminal equipment). When you connect a label printer, we may record hardware-related information such as the printer hardware model to help us resolve problems encountered in the use of the feature.

2. APP information usage

(1) The APP will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have prior permission, or the third party and the APP (including the APP associated with us) alone or jointly provide services for you, and after the end of the service, it will be prohibited to access, including its previous access to all such information.

(2) The APP also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. If any user of the APP engages in the above activities, once found, the APP has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

3. Information disclosure

This APP will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal will or as required by law if:

(1)Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;

(2) Share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested;

(3) To a third party or an administrative or judicial body in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or at the request of an administrative or judicial body;

(4) If you violate any relevant laws and regulations of China or this APP Service Agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose it to a third party;

(5) If you are an qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, it should be disclosed to the complainant at the request of the complainant, so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

(6) In a transaction created on the APP, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and makes a request for information disclosure, the APP has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute;

(7) Other disclosures that the APP deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Information storage and exchange

The information and data collected by the APP about you will be saved in the APP and (or) its associated servers, such information and data may be sent to your country, region or outside the country where the APP collects information and data and be accessed, stored and displayed outside the country.

5. The use of the Cookie

(1)If you do not refuse to accept cookies, the APP will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the APP services or features that rely on cookies.

(2) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser Settings. However, if you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the APP's network services or features that rely on cookies.

(3)This policy applies to information obtained through cookies set by the APP.

6. Information security

(1)All the APP accounts have security protection function, please keep your user name and password information properly. This APP will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

(2) When using the APP network service for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as counterparties or potential counterparties, to your contact information or postal address. Please properly protect your personal information properly and provide it to others only if necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially the user name and password of the APP, please contact the customer service of the APP immediately, so that the APP can take corresponding measures.
